How can physiotherapy help my cat?
Physiotherapy for Cats? Does It Exist? Yes, of course it exists! Physiotherapy isn’t just reserved for dogs and horses, it can be very beneficial for cats too. Even though cats often manage to better hide and compensate for their pain and discomfort, they can suffer from the same conditions as dogs or horses. Feline physiotherapy can be very useful if your cat has been in an accident, suffers from a fracture, neurological disorders, or arthritis. But that’s not all…
Is your cat no longer moving like before? Does it no longer jump on furniture or window sills, play less or not at all, sleep more than usual, no longer groom itself properly, or no longer want to go outside?
All these small signs are not « normal » behaviors in cats, and there are solutions available to help them regain mobility and joy of living.
In which cases is physiotherapy suitable for my cat?
